The findings led us to highlight the potential of coenzyme Q10 in enhancing energy production, promoting tissue healing, and facilitating balanced remodeling of the heart, which is crucial for improving survival rates in non-surgical cases. However, establishing its isolated effect remains challenging due to the concurrent use of ACE inhibitors.

Overall, our experience suggests that coenzyme Q10 can play a supportive role in the management of severe cardiovascular conditions like VSR, especially in settings where surgical interventions are not immediately available.
